Exchange Policy:

  • We are happy to exchange any item that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and still retains the original tags within 5 days from the date of delivery. You may exchange it for a different size or style.

Please Note:

  • Sale products and accessories are not eligible for exchange.


Return Policy:

  • If you wish to return an item, it must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and still retain the original tags within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returns are processed via Bank Transfer and may take up to 15 working days.
  • In case of a defect in the product, we require clear parcel opening videos or pictures.

    • Items that have been damaged, washed incorrectly, or used cannot be returned.

    • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
