As our garments are hand embroidered If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return and exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless as possible. Please review the following guidelines:
Exchange Policy:
- We are happy to exchange any item that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and still retains the original tags within 5 days from the date of delivery. You may exchange it for a different size or style. We do not provide refund for these orders.
Please Note:
- Sale products and accessories are not eligible for exchange.
- We would need an unboxing video in case of damaged garment. Unbox, document, and contact us for a fast and free replacement.
Return Policy:
- We accept returns of only damaged pieces.
- If you wish to return any damaged item, it must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and still retain the original tags within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- Returns are processed via Bank Transfer and may take up to 15 working days.
- We require clear parcel opening videos or pictures.

- Our refund policy lasts for 5 days from the date of purchase. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

- Items that have been damaged, washed incorrectly, or used cannot be returned.

- If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 8-10 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
